进行AI模型的部署和优化，确保模型在生产环境中的高效运行。Perform AI model deployment and optimization to ensure efficient operation in production environments.
跟踪AI领域的最新技术发展，持续优化和改进现有解决方案。Track the latest technology developments in the AI field, continuously optimize and improve existing solutions.
专业技能要求Professional Skill Requirements
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数学或相关专业。Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or related fields.
2年以上AI/机器学习开发经验，熟悉Python、TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架。More than 2 years of AI/machine learning development experience, familiar with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other frameworks.
熟悉大语言模型（LLM）的原理和应用，有实际项目经验者优先。Familiar with the principles and applications of large language models (LLM), practical project experience is preferred.
了解智能体（Agent）架构和实现，有RAG、知识图谱等相关经验者优先。Understanding of intelligent agent (Agent) architecture and implementation, experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, etc. is preferred.
具备良好的编程能力和算法基础，熟悉数据结构和设计模式。Good programming skills and algorithm foundation, familiar with data structures and design patterns.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，对AI技术有热情和追求。Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, passionate about AI technology.
